Bronson Reed shares unique WrestleMania plans after shock WWE return

Bronson Reed opened up about his WrestleMania plans following his surprise WWE return. The popular star returned at Sunday Night’s Main Event to attack Oba Femi during his match against Bron Breakker.

In an interview with Nine AU, Reed shared that he was scheduled to have a marquee match at the past two WrestleMania events, but injuries prevented them from happening. Reed suffered a torn biceps during his Elimination Chamber qualifying match earlier this year on RAW and was forced to miss The Show of Shows. The former NXT North American Champion noted that performing at WrestleMania was still a major career goal for him.

“I’ve always wanted to be part of WrestleMania and since I’ve been with WWE going back to 2019, something has always happened where I miss it. I was going to have a featured match at the past two WrestleManias, but those injuries sidelined me, and I wasn’t able to do it. That was the first thing I remember when I tore my bicep. The doctor asked if I was OK and I told him that I was pissed off about missing WrestleMania again,” he said. (H/T: Nine AU)

Bronson Reed reveals why he is targeting a major WWE star

RAW star Bronson Reed shared why he was going after Oba Femi following his return to television.

Speaking on The West Report, Bronson Reed noted that The Ruler had made a name for himself in the company and was already at the top of the card. The Australian star stated he wanted to go after the best on the roster, and that was why he targeted Femi.

“While I was away for those 6 months, I made sure to watch Monday nights every single week. And I saw the rise of Oba Femi and how much he’s become a big part of WWE; he’s one of the mainstays now. And I think you should always be gunning for the top. So if that’s what has happened in these last 6 months, that’s who I’m targeting,” he said.

It will be fascinating to see what the company has planned for the rivalry between Oba Femi and Bronson Reed in the weeks ahead on RAW.
