Canada will delay its 2nd wave of tariffs BUT won’t take away the $30bn already in place

Canada finance minister has announced that the country will delay its second wave of tariffs on $125bn of US prodcuts until April 2.

There was no indication that Canada is taking off the $30bn in tariffs already in place.
