A Canadian man is dealing with costs after making dozens of swatting calls to a sheriff’s workplace in Florida over the course of two months, officers mentioned.

William Tuckett, 20, was charged with three counts of public mischief and three counts of conveying false info for making false experiences of crimes to the Marion County Sheriff’s Workplace in Florida, the Sault Ste. Marie Police in Ontario introduced Friday.

Tuckett was held in custody pending a bail listening to and has since been launched. He’s scheduled to seem in courtroom on April 22.
