The poor canine thrown out of a shifting automobile throughout a police pursuit in Los Angeles isn’t being returned to its proprietor in the intervening time … as a substitute, it will be staying with a neighborhood humane society.
Daniel Pena — the animal management supervisor on the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA — tells TMZ … the pooch will stay of their care, for now, whereas an investigation into Thursday’s incident performs out.
As we reported … the canine was tossed out of the window of some scumbag’s truck Thursday as the motive force was main police on a high-speed chase.
Cops inform us the suspect is a 47-year-old man named Robin Luna and the chase began with a reported vandalism.

The man was initially charged with felony evading however now we’re advised prosecutors are going to tack on animal cruelty costs.
Consequently, the SPCA says the canine will stay in protecting custody with them till additional discover.
Luckily, the canine survived and seems to have averted life-threatening accidents … though it is a good guess the pup is shaken up.
