China Vanke says its goal is to chop curiosity bearing debt by 100bn yuan in subsequent 2 yrs

Vanke is (was) certainly one of China’s greatest actual property builders. Its been in troubles:

• China still can’t shake off property market woes
• Moody’s withdraws China property developer Vanke ‘Baa3’ rating (Baa3 is the bottom funding grade score there’s and that is gone.)

China Vanke now says its goal is to chop interest-bearing debt by 100bn yuan within the subsequent 2 yrs

• Vanke’s Chair says he maintains view that property market has over-corrected
