Cleveland Cavaliers lose 2 of their prime 3 scorers

The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without their second and third leading scorers for the foreseeable future.

Level guard Darius Garland (20.7 ppg) suffered a fractured jaw after a collision with Kristaps Porziņģis throughout Thursday’s recreation towards the Celtics, and energy ahead Evan Mobley (16 ppg) will endure arthroscopic surgical procedure on his knee.

Garland, who is also averaging 5.9 assists per game, could be out for a month or more. Mobley, the Cavs’ main rebounder (10.5 per recreation), is predicted to be out for six to eight weeks, the workforce stated. The 22-year-old had already missed 4 of Cleveland’s final 10 video games for “left knee soreness,” with the Cavs going 1-3 in his absence.

Mobley is considered one of three gamers averaging 15 factors, 10 rebounds, and 55 p.c capturing this season, in line with ESPN Stats & Info.
