Congratulations to WWE veteran Vickie Guerrero

Vickie Guerrero is one of the most iconic figures in WWE history. She is fondly remembered by fans for her heel role as the General Manager of SmackDown and her romantic storylines with Edge. She is no longer a part of the pro wrestling industry though as she is now a part of the traveling business.

She recently celebrated the one year anniversary of becoming the Vice President of a company called Cornerstone Travel. She dropped a heartfelt message to commemorate her personal accomplishment.

“It’s been a minute and I have so much to be thankful for. I recently celebrated my 1 year work anniversary with Cornerstone Travel as Vice President. My heart is full indeed because I love what I do and work with people that are my family. I work with beautiful bonus daughters, extremely loved by precious grand babies, and a boss that I could tag team with on any given moment,” said Vickie Guerrero.

She added:

“My talent to mentor, collaborate, and be loyal to my responsibilities are gifts from God….period! It is only from Jesus Christ that I have been fortunate to have the life I have prayed for and waited many years to come true! prayers are answered to me everyday on finding strength to navigate yhroughy this life I learned to create boundaries in protecting my heart and invest in people who love me and protect me and not apologize for it (this one took years and still working on it); She placed God first, and her life changed!'”

It’s great to see Vickie do so well in her career right now.

Vickie Guerrero is the ex-wife of the Late Eddie Guerrero

While many fans remember Vickie for her pairing with the Rated-R Superstar, she has a deeper connection to the sport than that. Vickie was married to Eddie Guerrero at the time of his death.

They were together for nearly 15 years before Eddie passed away in 2005. 10 years after Eddie’s death in 2015, Vickie married Kris Benson and the duo has now been together for nearly 11 years. She recently made an appearance at the All Women’s WWE Evolution PLE last year as a member of the audience.

It will be interesting to see if we’ll ever seen Vickie Guerrero on WWE programming again.
