Joe Biden’s marketing campaign finance chair Rufus Gifford was on MSNBC on Saturday to debate fundraising.

Gifford criticized President Trump for his fundraising efforts whereas ignoring the truth that Biden held a fundraising event with rich celebrities and two former Presidents, Obama and Clinton, the place they apparently charged $100,000 for a photograph.
