Drew McIntyre made an announcement ahead of tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown. This week’s show will air live from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Scottish Warrior got into an intense parking lot brawl with Jacob Fatu that lasted throughout the entire episode of last week’s edition of WWE SmackDown. Both stars wound up plummeting off a steel structure at the end of the show, and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis will be providing an update on both stars later tonight.
Thanks for the submission!
Ahead of SmackDown, McIntyre took to his Instagram story to make an announcement. The former champion noted that he was still there following the heated brawl with Jacob Fatu last week.

Cody Rhodes defeated Drew McIntyre earlier this month on SmackDown to become the new Undisputed WWE Champion. The American Nightmare will be defending the title against Men’s Elimination Chamber winner Randy Orton at WrestleMania 42 next month in Las Vegas. Orton turned heel after winning the Men’s Elimination Chamber match and unleashed a brutal attack on Rhodes during the contract signing to make their title match official.
Drew McIntyre calls out major WWE star
Drew McIntyre recently called out Jacob Fatu and referred to the SmackDown star as an animal.
The former champion shared a video on social media and praised Fatu’s athleticism. He suggested that The Samoan Werewolf used to resemble a bumblebee but noted that the veteran has become a bad man.
“You can’t move around WWE without bumping into a nepo baby or a fraud; Jacob happens to be both. I’ll say this about him: he’s an animal. Freakishly athletic for a guy that used to resemble a bumblebee, and move like one, but pretty jacked bumblebee these days. He’s getting quite strong, he’s legitimately bad man, he’s a man in a world full of boys, this used to be a man’s business, that’s a bad man, I like that,” he said.

It will be fascinating to see what the promotion has planned for the rivalry between McIntyre and Fatu in the weeks ahead.
