Enzo Amore calls out former WWE star for sharing controversial interview

Enzo Amore called out a former WWE star for sharing a controversial interview today. Amore used to be aligned with Big Cass, and the two stars were a popular tag team for a while in WWE.

Former WWE star Maven shared an interview with Enzo Amore today, and it featured the popular star calling out All Elite Wrestling. Amore poked fun at AEW for their backstage fights and for having them leaked to the media. Enzo took to social media today to clear the air and noted that the interview took place in March 2025. He praised AEW for their tribute show following PAC’s passing and took a shot at Maven for deciding to post the interview now.

“I talked to Maven in March of 2025. He waited to come off the heels of a beautiful tribute show for PAC to post the interview. I thought the tribute show was absolute class. Everyone who paid tribute, thank you for honoring Ben. I’m still grieving, Maven is clearly not,” he wrote.

Amore was released by the company in 2018 and has been performing on the independent wrestling scene ever since. Big Cass was also released in 2018, and he spent some time in All Elite Wrestling before his return to the promotion in August 2026.

Enzo Amore shared a tribute to PAC, formerly known as Neville in WWE, following his tragic passing.

PAC came up short against AEW National Champion Andrade at All Out 2026 in what turned out to be his final professional wrestling match. The 40-year-old was found deceased in a CAVA parking lot the following day, and his passing shook the wrestling world.

Amore took to social media following PAC’s death and shared a heartfelt tribute to his friend. The veteran noted that he was still in shock and thanked the former Cruiserweight Champion for being his friend.

“My best friend has passed on, I am absolutely in shock. My prayers are with his wife and family. Ben, I love you. I’m going to miss you Pac, thank you for being a friend,” wrote Amore.
