Ex-NFL OL who attacked girlfriend sentenced to 81 months in jail

Former NFL offensive lineman Chad Wheeler, who, in November, was discovered guilty of domestic violence after attacking his girlfriend, was sentenced to 81 months in prison.

Moreover, the choose ordered that Wheeler can’t contact the sufferer, Alleah Taylor, and he should pay restitution.

The responsible verdict was three years after the incident occurred of their shared condo. Wheeler blamed it on having “a manic episode.”

The sufferer had known as 911 to state that she was being “killed,” the Seattle Times reported again in January 2021. She suffered a dislocated arm and was bleeding, in response to police.

Earlier than the sentence was finalized, Taylor posted on X to thank the individuals who have supported her.

Wheeler, 30, spent three seasons within the NFL after enjoying collegiately at USC. The undrafted lineman began 19 of the 32 video games he appeared in for the New York Giants and Seattle Seahawks.
