Fan-favourite AEW star teases return from damage after practically a yr

A major AEW star teased his return to the squared circle after being away from the ring for nearly a year. He shared a cryptic post on his social media to spark various speculations about his comeback to the Jacksonville-based promotion.

The star is none other than Hologram. The 27-year-old suffered a knee injury during one of his matches last year. His last match in All Elite Wrestling was on the 24th September 2025 episode of Dynamite, where he teamed up with Orange Cassidy and Mark Briscoe to take on The Don Callis Family. AEW wrote him off after the tag team match on the show.

Taking to X, Hologram shared a picture of his back wearing an All Elite Wrestling jacket. In the caption, he said that the signal is now strong, indicating that the chances of his much-awaited comeback are nearer than ever. Fans went on to express their excitement to see the luchador back in action in the comment section of the post.

Hologram is on his way to a potential comeback to the Jacksonville-based promotion. However, a major return took place this week on the Dynamite show. Rebel, who has been diagnosed with ALS, made her comeback to All Elite Wrestling for a special appearance on the Rebel Heart show this week.

The former TNA star has been suffering from health issues for a long time. Therefore, she was absent from the company for the past few years. But this week, AEW hosted a special episode of Dynamite to give her a tribute. As a result, Rebel returned to the company alongside her friend Britt Baker.

She was present in several video packages on the show. Besides, the 48-year-old was even at ringside during the six-woman tag team match between Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, & Persephone and Maya World, Hyan, & Thunder Rosa. Rebel’s comeback sparked massive interest among AEW fans.
