Giants insider reveals closing 3 draft prospects John Harbaugh is eyeing with No. 5 choose in first spherical

New York Giants coach John Harbaugh will be aiming to stamp his authority on the franchise, with the NFL draft just around the corner. The Giants hold the No. 5 pick in the first round, and they have been linked with some top prospects.

Earlier this week, ESPN analyst Jordan Raanan revealed that the Giants have listed three draft prospects to potentially take at No. 5. They are Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles and Buckeyes safety Caleb Downs.

According to NFL reporter Evan Sidery, the Giants might be tempted to take Love in the first round. New York reportedly wants Love since he could further bolster its RB room, which already features Cam Skattebo.

While Love is an offensive option, Styles and Downs could help improve the Giants’ defense, which also struggled last season.
