There’s a new GTA Online weekly update right now, and it brings about an official end to the Valentine’s Event. However, the Lunar New Year Event is still going on, with bonuses introduced last week carrying over to this week as well. In addition to this, there are some usual weekly buffs, although this week, it’s just 2x bonuses. The Chinese New Year event, however, is still offering up to 3x bonuses (6x for GTA+ members).

Everything to know about the new GTA Online weekly update (February 19 – 25, 2026)
Although the Valentine’s Event is over with the latest GTA Online weekly update, you’ll still get to make use of the bonuses from the Lunar New Year Celebrations Event. With that in mind, here are all the bonuses you’ll be getting this week:
Lunar New Year Celebration Event bonuses and rewards (through March 4, 2026)
- Simply log in and get the Red Year of the Horse Tee
- 3x Cash and RP on Lunar New Year Stunt Races (6x for GTA+ Members)

Lunar New Year Stunt Races continue to be lucrative this week, with 3x cash and RP bonuses for regular players and 6x bonuses for GTA+ subscribers. Meanwhile, this week seems to be geared towards bikers as there are several biker-themed bonuses. Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, and MC Challenges will all net you 2x cash and RP.
Unlike last week, there are no bonuses on any heists, and no new vehicles have been released either. Overall, it’s not a very profitable week for grinding, but you can still collect all Yuanbao collectibles scattered throughout the map.

There’s not many good cars on discounts, nor are the discounts too exciting. Horse Masks and Tattoos continue to be free because of the Chinese New Year event, but the Baseball Bat isn’t something you’d be eager to get. If you haven’t yet upgraded your Counterfeit Cash Factory, now might be a good time to do so.
