Joe Biden on Monday delivered remarks at a Ladies’s Historical past Month reception within the East Room of the White Home.
Dr. Jill, Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff attended the reception.
At one level Joe Biden appeared to overlook Kamala Harris’ title.
Biden referred to Kamala Harris as “this woman to my left here.”
