House Republicans Reintroduce Bill to Rename Washington Dulles Airport “Donald J. Trump International Airport” | The Gateway Pundit

House Republicans are reintroducing a resolution to rename the Washington Dulles Airport in Virginia after President Trump.

The bill, introduced by Freshman Rep. Addison McDowell (R-NC), would rename the airport “Donald J. Trump International Airport.”

Washington Dulles International Airport is named after the late Secretary of State under President Dwight D. Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles, the brother of former Deputy Director of the CIA Allen Dulles.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the same resolution was initially introduced in March last year by Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) but did not receive a vote.

The 2024 bill had 11 co-sponsors: Troy Nehls (R-TX), Charles Fleischmann(R-TN), Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Barry Moore (R-AL), Andy Ogles (R-TN), Michael Waltz (R-FL), Bob Good (R-VA), Claudia Tenney (R-NY), William Timmons (R-SC), Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) and Andy Harris (R-MD).

House Republicans Propose Resolution To Rename Washington Dulles International Airport After Trump

This time, with a Republican House, Senate, and Donald J. Trump serving as President, the bill should easily pass in Congress and be signed by Trump.
