There is only one definitive way to increase your inventory size in No Rest for the Wicked, and it is by using Plague Ichors in the game.
Plague Ichors are a valuable item that you can unlock by defeating different bosses and mini-bosses in the game. These are also attainable by completing the weekly bounties that are offered by Captain Randolph in Sacrament.
After you have successfully attained one or more Plague Ichors, you can then visit the Watcher who resides at the Rookery at the top of Sacrament. Follow these steps to increase your inventory size in-game:
- Interact with the Watcher to open up the Plague Ichor upgrade menu.
- Click on the desired upgrade (+ 5 item inventory slots, +5 consumable inventory slots, + 5 resource inventory slots), depending on which segment you want upgraded.

Upon doing so, your character will ingest the Plague Ichor, and you will gain the upgrade you chose.
It must be noted that you can only upgrade one segment using a single Plague Ichor. If you want to upgrade all three different kinds of inventory slots, you need to source 3 of these resources by completing the tasks we have mentioned above.
