Sienna is a wanted criminal in Pailune City within Crimson Desert, and she has a bounty on her head. If you manage to capture her and hand her over to the guards, you will receive 30 silver as a reward.
This is an easy way to earn some quick money. The best part is that you do not need to fight anyone for this specific bounty. Just find the criminal, tie her up, and bring her directly to the constabulary.

How to unlock Sienna Bounty in Crimson Desert
To get the Sienna Bounty notice, you need to progress through the main storyline and complete Chapter 7: Homecoming. From the beginning of Chapter 8, you will start receiving new bounties, side quests, and more.
To find her bounty notice, roam around the city. You will find her poster in multiple places, such as hanging on poles, walls, and billboards. When you find one, pick up the bounty poster and read it to activate the bounty quest.

How to complete the Sienna Bounty in Crimson Desert
You need to head to a mountain area in Sage’s Peak on the west side of The Ancient Rift. Also near this location, there is an Abyss Nexus that you should activate. Both locations are marked on the image below, so please refer to it.
When you reach the location, you will find four people, and one of them will be Sienna. She will be wearing a brown outfit and a goggle-like headband. When she sees you, she will immediately run. Chase her down and tackle her by pressing R on PC or LB/L1 on a controller. Hit her a few times to get the Tie Up option.
Tie her up, mount your horse, and take her all the way back to Pailune City. The journey will be quite long as you must cover more than 2000 meters.
As a quick note, if you somehow accidentally kill, you will only receive half the bounty reward.
What to do if Sienna does not show up
It is quite common for her not to spawn during your first try. This is where the nearby Abyss Nexus comes into play. You can simply head back to your camp at Howling Hill and take a nap for 6 or 12 hours.
After that, return to the location, and you will find her roaming right there.
