Creature Enamel in Subnautica 2 is one of those resources that you will need in plenty. It is basically a hard, ceramic-like coating required to craft Enameled Glass in the game, which is then used to build a number of other items. Naturally, you may wonder where to find this resource.
To help you with that, this article mentions the best area to farm a lot of Creature Enamel at once in Subnautica 2.
How to collect Creature Enamel in Subnautica 2
Just like its predecessor, Subnautica 2 is an underwater survival game where you can craft and build a variety of items to aid you in exploration. One of these resources is Enameled Glass, which can be created by combining Glass and Creature Enamel.
If you are hoping to farm the latter item, it is recommended that you first unlock the Sonic Resonator. Without this device, you will be unable to break through the clump of ore and mine Creature Enamel in the game.
Apart from that, we also suggest unlocking the Tadpole vehicle as it is quicker, and the location you must visit to mine is quite far. Moreover, this vehicle can dive much deeper, allowing you to reach as many Creature Enamel ores as possible.
Once both conditions are met, it is only a matter of finding the resource.
Where to find Creature Enamel?

The best place to look for Creature Enamel in the game is near the Alien Ruins. It is located at a distance of about 1300 to 1400 meters east of the Lifepod.
Once you’re at the spot, position yourself in front of the Alien Tower, as shown in the image above. Then simply turn around and swim toward the cliffs near the bottom.

Here, you’ll spot white-colored spokes poking from the rocky surface called Enamel Husks. These are basically the Creature Enamel ores. Get close to one and blast it with the Sonic Resonator to quickly acquire the resource. Repeat this to gather plenty of Creature Enamel in Subnautica 2.
