Anime Vanguards is all about forming the strongest team of units/towers and battling waves of enemies across multiple modes. The characters are inspired by popular anime heroes and villains, one of the most popular being Eizan. How to get Eizan in Anime Vanguards
You can get Eizan from the Special Banner as well as the Selection Banner in the Summons gacha. To access the summon system, interact with the Hercool NPC in the lobby, and then use Gems to pull for units. A single summon in either of these banners requires 50 Gems.
Units featured in the Special Banner change every hour. The character in the middle of the banner has a higher pull rate compared to the ones at its sides. So, when Eizan appears in the center, put all your Gems into acquiring this unit.
The Selection Banner is a better way of getting Eizan because it lets you select the main featured unit. The chosen character stays in the banner for 24 hours.
Even if Eizan does not appear in a Special Banner or isn’t selected in the Selection Banner, it still has a 0.2% drop rate in both these banners.
Passive of Eizan in Anime Vanguards
Eizan, in its unevolved form, has a single passive called Aura. This makes it immune to all status effects. Additionally, every enemy within 40% of this unit’s range takes increased damage every second, which scales from 1% to 80% of this unit’s Damage stat. The closer the enemy, the higher the damage it receives from this specific passive.
Both qualities of Eizan’s passive make the unit a standout in the roster. Deploy it when a boss spawns on the map and let it make short work of the enemy.

How to evolve Eizan to Eizan (Aura) in Anime Vanguards
To evolve Eizan, gather the following upgrade materials in Anime Vanguards:
- 1 Prison Chair
- 30 Green Essence
- 12 Blue Essence
- 12 Yellow Essence
- 15 Purple Essence
- 2 Rainbow Essence
- 15,000 Gold
- 5000 Takedowns with Eizan unit
Essence of all kinds can be created from the crafting bench. Meanwhile, to get the Prison Chair, you must sacrifice three Evolved Almighty Invasion units to the Locked Prison Chair. The latter is added to your inventory the moment you receive Eizan from the Summons.
Once all the required materials are collected, head to the ‘Upgrades’ hub in the lobby, move past Mandra, and interact with the Evolve portal. Next, press the ‘+’ button, select Eizan, and hit Evolve. Use the Preview option to check all the changes that will be made to the unit after it evolves into Eizan (Aura).
