Huawei SUV crash kills three in China’s Shanxi province, says state media

Three folks, together with a two-year previous boy, died after a Huawei-backed Aito M7 SUV burst into flames following a crash with a truck on a freeway within the Chinese language metropolis of Yuncheng within the northern province of Shanxi, state media stated.

Aito Vehicle, a Huawei-backed new power automobile model, is investigating the accident together with visitors police, the corporate stated on its WeChat and Weibo public social media accounts on Sunday.

Aito stated knowledge from the automobile confirmed it was working at a pace of 115 kph (71 mph) on the time of Friday’s accident, including that the airbag opened usually and readings from the battery pack have been regular.

The Aito M7, made by Huawei in partnership with Seres Group, was launched in 2022, with Huawei offering know-how for the automobile and assist with advertising and marketing.
