HUGE WIN: PA Supreme Court Orders All County Board of Elections to Comply with Ruling and Stop Counting Illegal Ballots – Undated Ballots will Be Removed from Bucks County’s Vote Totals | The Gateway Pundit

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday ordered all 67 counties to comply with their earlier ruling and shall not count undated or misdated ballots.

In September the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that undated ballots or improperly dated ballots won’t be counted.

In August a lower court ruled it was unconstitutional to reject improperly dated mail-in ballots.

The Pennsylvania Republican Party and the RNC took legal action and appealed the court’s decision.

The state’s Supreme Court ruled in their favor in September, however, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, broke the law by counting undated and incorrectly dated ballots in a race already won by President Trump and GOP Senator-elect Dave McCormick.

Last week the Democrat Commissioners in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, bragged about violating the law and ignoring a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling and continued to count illegal ballots.

Democrat Commissioner Diane Marseglia (who donated to Bob Casey’s campaign) openly bragged about violating the law and defying the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.

“We all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it,” Democrat Diane Marseglia said.

The RNC immediately filed two lawsuits last week to stop the counting of illegal ballots.

After the RNC took legal action, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday ruled AGAIN that undated ballots cannot be counted.

According to the Bucks County GOP, the Bucks County Board of Elections will comply with Monday’s Pennsylvania Supreme Court Order and will not count undated and misdated ballots.

The illegal votes will be removed from the County’s vote totals, according to Bucks County GOP.
