The WWE World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk, is among the top names in the entire industry lately and has made headlines with his recent work as a fighting champion on the red brand. While a number of stars are vying to become the No. 1 contenders for the title, he has been giving title shots to some of the best in the squared circle, including the likes of AJ Styles and Finn Balor, to keep the fans excited.
While Punk has proved to be a true fighting champion, he also made headlines recently by proving himself to be the true fighting husband. The star appeared on a recent edition of Hot Ones Versus alongside his wife, AJ Lee, and seemed to have a lot of fun.

During the episode, AJ Lee was on the verge of eating a death wing as part of the competition when Punk snatched it from her and ate it. He immediately said, ‘I love you,’ while eating the death wing, which led AJ Lee to reveal that it felt like Punk had taken a ‘bullet’ for her.
“CM Punk: ‘I love you.’ AJ Lee: ‘I love you too.'”
“CM Punk: ‘I lost.’ AJ Lee: ‘I feel like you just took a bullet for me.'”
CM Punk has his next challenger set after the WWE Royal Rumble
The Best in the World gave a massive World title opportunity to Finn Balor last week on the red brand, and he managed to retain his title. Following the match, both men shared moments of respect, which were featured on WWE RAW this week as well. However, after Adam Pearce announced that Balor couldn’t enter the Men’s Royal Rumble match this year, the latter ended up unleashing an attack on Punk during the main event.
With the attack, it is clear that Balor vs Punk will be the feud heading into the Road to WrestleMania. Only time will tell what WWE has in store for the stars next.
