ICYMI: New Boeing airplane landed in China for the primary time because the tariff conflict began

Reuters reports that a new Boeing 737 MAX landed in China today as the US-China trade war continues to ease. For context, Boeing halted deliveries of new planes to China in April when the US-China trade war escalated significantly. At the end of May though, the company said that deliveries would resume in June after the two world’s largest economies scaled back the tariffs for 90 days.
