If you’re sad it is advisable go away

Recently, a 30-year-old star talked about his exit from AEW, a year after it actually happened. In his comments, he tried to motivate wrestlers who are struggling to get the limelight by encouraging them to leave the company.

The star is none other than Bear Bronson. He left All Elite Wrestling last year after a significant tenure of five years with the promotion. During his time, he did not win any major titles in the company, but fans enjoyed the run he had in the promotion. But in December 2025, Bronson joined TNA Wrestling alongside The Andersons and has been a fun element in the promotion.

A few days ago, Bear appeared on the I Love Wrestling podcast, where he talked about his exit from All Elite Wrestling. The former AEW star encouraged other wrestlers to leave their current positions if it is not working out for them. He added that wrestling promotions have very limited spots and they cannot fill them all. Therefore, it is the star’s duty to choose what is best for his career.

“This is just everything I’ve ever wanted, it’s something I hope wrestlers can learn from to where if you are unhappy somewhere, you can point fingers and you can blame and whatever, but at the end of the day every wrestling company is just trying, they’re just trying their best with the pieces they have and they’re not always thinking about you. If you are unhappy you need to leave. You need to go get yourself battle ready. That’s what I knew I needed to do. I left one place and said, ‘You know what, I’m not even gonna try to get signed anywhere else, I just need to reconnect with the wrestler that I know is inside here,’” said Bear. [H/T: Fightful]

The 30-year-old star said that he used to feel the same way when he was in AEW. Therefore, he left the company to reinvent himself by working in the independent wrestling scene. Now he believes TNA is the place where he belongs in the world of pro-wrestling.

MJF recently praised the current line-up of stars in the AEW locker room

While Bear Bronson’s words encourage stars to leave All Elite Wrestling to find their positions, MJF recently gave his thoughts on the current condition of the AEW locker room. The Salt of the Earth heavily praised the lineup of stars the company has, saying that they all want to be in AEW, and they want to contribute to the company’s growth.

Speaking on Takedown on SI, MJF said that there are no stars who think they are bigger than the entire company. Friedman added that the current stars are determined for the company’s growth, which is heavily helping them to grow as wrestlers as well.

“There’s no bulls*it. There’s no more cancers. There’s no more a**holes that think they’re too cool for school. There’s no more shmege**es that think they should be elsewhere. Everybody in this promotion wants to be in this promotion, and if you don’t, you get weeded out pretty damn fast because we’ll beat the s**t out of you and send you packing,” said Friedman. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see how things will unfold for AEW from here on. In the past few months, Tony Khan has been getting a lot of praise for its product; only time will tell if it will be able to keep that momentum moving forward.
