As you can see in this example, the new video series will be fronted by creator Adrian Per, and will explore a range of ways in which creators can use Edits to make better-looking, more engaging video clips.

Instagram’s tutorial series will eventually span 20 episodes, covering everything from camera framing to how to come up with content ideas.

The first five episodes in the series are being launched today, looking at camera placement, using the teleprompter, and key frame editing, among other topics.

Further episodes will be launched throughout the rest of the year, providing a solid overview of key Edits tools that can help to maximize your content process.

And as noted, Edits is fast becoming a must-have for all creators.

Instagram’s video editing platform has been getting weekly functional updates, and now includes a heap of handy options for creating better-looking video content.

The most recent Edits update included revised analytics, and safe zone mapping, helping to ensure that your videos are not obstructed by the on-screen UI buttons.

But more in-depth functions like key frame editing may require some extra assistance to both understand and maximize within your approach.

Which is where this new series comes in, and it could be worth tuning into Per’s overviews to get a better sense of how Edits can improve your content, and give you more ways to make your video clips stand out in the app.

Instagram says that all 20 episodes of the new series will eventually be available in a dedicated “Tutorials” section on the Edits mini-site, while selected episodes will also be featured on the Creators profile in the Instagram app.
