Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami CF are ready to make waves in their new “Riptide” third kit at this summer’s FIFA Club World Cup.
Inter unveiled the new duds earlier this week ahead of their Club World Cup opener against Egyptian side Al Ahly on Saturday, June 14. The shirt and shorts both have a “Miami Blue” base with pink and white accents.
The shirt itself features the blue base, which has small diagonal lines sewn into the fabric to create a pinstripe effect. The club crest is rendered in blue and white, and a white retro Adidas trefoil logo sits on the opposite side of the chest. The Adidas shoulder stripes are pink, while the collar and sleeve cuffs are white with pink striping and blue trim. Inter’s motto — “Freedom to Dream” — is printed in white on the back collar.

A powerful, unstoppable force of nature, the Riptide kit represents the strength, resilience, and unpredictability of both the ocean and the team. Riptide speaks to Miami’s dynamic playstyle and fearless spirit. The new third kit embodies that momentum, a force that doesn’t just react but shapes the game, carrying everything with it in an unstoppable flow forward.

The shorts, meanwhile, are also blue, with white logos and pink stripes down the sides. Photos on Adidas’ website showed the ensemble paired with white socks with black stripes and logos.
While Inter Miami is the first MLS team to officially unveil a third kit for the 2025 season, the Columbus Crew’s new retro-inspired third kit was “leaked” in late May when singer Noah Kahan wore it on stage at a benefit concert in Columbus.
In recent years, only a few MLS teams have rolled out third kits, including last season’s MLS x Adidas Archive Collection, which included LA Galaxy, Sporting Kansas City, Portland Timbers, Los Angeles Football Club and Inter Miami. However, rumours are circulating that every MLS team will get a third kit in 2025.
Al Ahly and Inter Miami kick off the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday, June 14, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The final is slated for Sunday, July 13, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
