Jacob Fatu to reunite with son of WWE legend after 461 days at Night of Champions 2025? Exploring the likelihood

WWE Superstar Jacob Fatu backstabbed Solo Sikoa at Money in the Bank 2025. The Samoan Werewolf had overheard The Street Champion’s true thoughts about him, causing him to cost Sikoa the MITB ladder match. Interestingly, now that he is out of The New Bloodline, the United States Champion could reunite with Zilla Fatu at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia.

Jacob Fatu made his WWE debut back in June 2024. Before that, he was the tag team partner of Zilla Fatu on the indy scene. The Samoan Werewolf fought his last match alongside the son of the late legend Umaga on March 24, 2024, defeating Gringo Loco and Oni El Bendito in GCW. Following this, he came to the Stamford-based promotion.

Right now, Solo Sikoa and JC Mateo must be livid and seeking revenge against the United States Champion. Seeing how Fatu is all alone, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis could ask him to pick a partner of his choosing for a match at the upcoming Night of Champions PLE.

The GM could also give the US Champ a mystery tag team partner for the Saudi Arabia event. This would reunite Jacob Fatu with a trusty ally in Zilla Fatu. While this is a big possibility, all of it is speculation so far.

What did Solo Sikoa say about Jacob Fatu that made him break away from The New Bloodline?

On the go-home episode of SmackDown before Money in the Bank, Solo Sikoa was having a backstage conversation with JC Mateo. The former Jeff Cobb was mad at The Samoan Werewolf, believing that he had cost him his singles match against Jimmy Uso. Sikoa asked him to calm down and focus on the MITB ladder match the next day.

The New Bloodline leader said that he had everything under control, to which JC mocked him and said that he had zero control over Fatu. In response, The Street Champion said not to worry about the US Champ because he loves him. He then followed this with an insult, saying that The Samoan Werewolf acted selfishly and wasn’t very smart. He also mockingly said that Fatu was “all gas and no brains.”

The United States Champion overheard all of this, and during the MITB ladder match, Jacob Fatu declared that he hated Solo Sikoa and proceeded to demolish him. The match ended with Seth Rollins unhooking the briefcase to become the 2025 Mr. Money in the Bank. It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for Fatu after his exit from The New Bloodline.
