Jade Cargill broke character today to send a heartfelt message ahead of her WWE title match at WrestleMania. Cargill will be defending her WWE Women’s Championship at the biggest show of the year later this month.
Rhea Ripley won the Women’s Elimination Chamber match and will be challenging Cargill for the title at WrestleMania 42. The two stars have taken personal shots at each other on SmackDown, and Jade Cargill formed a new faction with Michin and B-Fab.

Ahead of her title match against Rhea Ripley at The Show of Shows, Cargill took to social media to note that she will be competing at her third WrestleMania event this year. You can check out her message in the post below.

The Storm defeated Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event in November 2025 to become champion. Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY were the reigning Women’s Tag Team Champions earlier this year. The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend and Nia Jax) captured the titles from Rhiyo on the February 27, 2026, episode of SmackDown. Legend and Jax will be defending the Women’s Tag Team Championships against The Bella Twins, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, and Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 42 later this month in Las Vegas.

Rhea Ripley recently discussed her upcoming match against Jade Cargill at WWE WrestleMania and claimed that she wanted to take the former AEW star to the next level.
Speaking on the Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show, Ripley admitted that she felt the pressure of the match leading up to the biggest show of the year, and noted that she wanted the bout to live up to the expectations. The former champion added that Cargill is inexperienced in the ring and she wanted to take her to the next level at WrestleMania.
“But now stepping in with someone that has only had limited experience within the wrestling industry compared to a lot of people on the show, I do have that pressure to kind of uplift her and bring her to a different level so we can go out there and we can make magic just like everyone expects from us,” she said.
It will be interesting to see if Jade Cargill can retain her title at WWE WrestleMania 42.
