JUST IN: Foreign-Born Biden Judge Blasts Trump, Blocks Admin From Cutting Down Trees at Potomac Golf Course – Trump Responds

US District Judge Ana Reyes on Monday issued a preliminary injunction over the Trump Administration’s effort to renovate the East Potomac Golf Course.

Last week, Uruguayan-born Judge Reyes, a Biden appointee, blocked the Trump Administration from cutting down any more trees at the East Potomac Golf Course until at least October 26 (today).

On Monday, Judge Reyes blasted the Trump Administration and ordered the government to halt its project.

“Rarely, if ever, has the United States Department of Justice urged a federal court not to believe the sitting President. Not to believe him that a cabinet secretary has “developed” a federal land project. Not to believe him that the secretary’s agency will destroy a historic golf course already on the land. Not to believe him that “Restoration work” will begin “IMMEDIATELY!” Not to believe him that the course “will be closed” for over a year. Not to believe what the President has repeatedly told the American public,” Judge Reyes wrote in a scathing 70-page opinion.

“And yet, here we are,” Judge Ana Reyes wrote.

Judge Reyes repeatedly attacked President Trump for posting about the golf course on his Truth Social page this month while his Justice Department was in court claiming that the renovations on the golf course were set to begin in November.

The Trump Administration removed more than 400 trees from the East Potomac Golf Course earlier this month, and Judge Reyes flipped out.

Judge Reyes previously screamed at DOJ lawyers on Monday during a hearing on the Trump Administration’s renovation project.

“I’m furious,” Judge Reyes said earlier this month.

“What has happened has cost the government all of its credibility,” Reyes added.

Judge Reyes screamed at the DOJ lawyers: “Ignorance is not an excuse!”

Top White House advisor Stephen Miller previously blasted the crazed, foreign-born judge.

“I missed the part of the Constitutional Convention that put federal judges in charge of golf course maintenance. The Left is endlessly enraged that, after allowing DC to decay for decades, the Trump Administration is making it safe, clean and beautiful,” said Trump Deputy Chief of Staff for policy Stephen Miller last week.

“Also, notice that leftist judges are never “enraged” when Democrats free illegal alien rapists and murderers. That kind of anger is reserved solely for improving long-neglected public golf courses,” Stephen Miller added.

The Trump DOJ will likely immediately appeal Judge Reyes’ injunction.

President Trump responded to the judge’s order:

JUDGE ASKS FOR NOTIFICATION AS PUBLIC GOLF COURSE PROJECT, IN WASHINGTON, D.C., IS BUILT. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR TO APPEAL THIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL REQUEST.

We are closing the East Potomac Golf Course Site as scheduled on November 15th in order to renovate and rebuild for Competitive (with other such projects!), Safety, Modernization, and Aesthetic reasons. We believe this Project is totally “as of right,” and that the judge does not have the Constitutional Right to “ask for or receive notices,” which are time-consuming, unnecessary, expensive, and unconstitutional. We will immediately appeal this decision. When completed, it is anticipated that this Course, which will be open to the Public, at a reduced rate for those living in Washington, D.C., will be one of the finest anywhere in the World! It will be fully capable of holding Major Events such as The U.S. Open, The PGA Championship, The Ryder Cup, and The Presidents Cup, which will bring Great Economic Benefits, Growth, and Prestige to Washington, D.C. and, indeed, the entire surrounding area. The Development of this World Championship Public Facility must begin, immediately, if it is to be completed in a timely and seasonal manner. To have to give advanced notices to a judge who has no expertise in Golf, Architecture, Landscaping, Construction, or anything else having to do with building such a World Class Project, is not fair, appropriate, or Constitutional. The soil, grass, sand bunkers, tees, fairways, greens, seawalls, small and nondescript buildings, and virtually every other element of the existing Course and grounds are far beyond their intended or expected life. In its current form, the Course is extremely dangerous to play, in that the narrow and nondescript fairways are far too close together, leading to a constant barrage of people being hit with wayward shots, and the echoing throughout the air of the word, “FORE!” The judge has absolutely no right to hold up this very important and beautiful Project. We are asking the D.C. Circuit Court for immediate remedy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP
