Klay Thompson‘s father, Mychal Thompson, gave one of the best compliments to rapper Megan Thee Stallion. The well-known rapper was tasked with preparing turkey for the Thompson family’s Thanksgiving meal this year. The former LA Lakers center confirmed it on ESPN LA on Wednesday.
During Thompson’s time on the show, his co-hosts were surprised to find out that Megan Thee Stallion took over the kitchen. The crew asked the former NBA center how the rapper’s cooking skills turned out.

Based on his revelation, it looked like the Thompsons had one of the best times with the “Savage” rapper.
In July, fans began to conjecture about Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion. The artist posted a photo of herself with Thompson in the background, which is why this happened. A few days later, the four-time champion posted a photo of himself holding Megan’s hand on Instagram.
The couple made it official when they attended the inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala together. Megan confirmed her relationship with Thompson and told the media that being with the Dallas Mavericks forward makes her “genuinely happy.”
The two have exchanged many postings with each other since their initial internet friendship. They’ve gone to the gym to work out together, and they’ve also gone golfing.
Megan has also shown support for Thompson when she was seen courtside during the Mavericks’ season opener against the San Antonio Spurs.
Megan Thee Stallion revealed Klay Thompson’s request
Aside from the turkey, Megan Thee Stallion has also flexed her culinary skills for Klay Thompson. Back in August, the rapper showed her fans and followers on Instagram that the Mavericks star had a special request in the kitchen.
Megan confirmed that she has cooked several dishes for Thompson. However, the five-time All-Star kept requesting her to make spaghetti and catfish. Since he initially tasted it, the Dallas forward has asked the artist to keep making it for him.
“So Klay had never had spaghetti and catfish together before, and ever since the first time I made it for him, he asks me for this s**t like every week,” Megan said.
On the Instagram post, Megan showed how much Thompson loves the dish she made.
“So good. Flawless,” Thompson said. “It is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. My favorite meal. Catfish, spaghetti, and Hawaiian rolls.”
The couple has shared special moments since starting their relationship. Klay Thompson made an appearance on Megan’s food review post in October.
