LA Knight should still not have a match at WrestleMania 42

The latest edition of RAW hinted at a potential WrestleMania 42 match. IShowSpeed was involved in The Vision’s match against The Usos. LA Knight was also involved in a scuffle with Speed and the heel faction on the show. However, he reportedly might not have a bout at ‘Mania.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Logan Paul, Austin Theory (The Vision), and IShowSpeed will be on the same team for a possible match at ‘Mania. Their opponents would be The Usos and LA Knight. The seeds for the rumored showdown were planted on RAW at MSG.

However, the planned contest could change if Speed turns down an offer to wrestle at The Show of Shows.

“If Speed isn’t ready, they could do a tag match with Knight and Speed in the corners but right now, it’s the trios match that is on the match listing,” said Dave Meltzer

If Speed does not wrestle, he’ll reportedly be in The Vision’s corner at WrestleMania 42. As a result, the former United States Champion might be pulled from the babyface team. The Megastar’s WrestleMania status seemingly lies in the popular streamer’s hands.

Four WrestleMania 42 matches were made official on RAW at MSG

Firstly, the Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four-Way Match was made official on RAW. The Irresistible Forces will put their title on the line against The Bella Twins and Lyra Valkyria & Bayley, and Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss. Then, Dominik Mysterio vs. Finn Balor was added to the show’s card.

A Fatal Five-Way Ladder Match for Penta’s Intercontinental Championship was also confirmed. His opponents would be JD McDonagh, Rusev, Je’Von Evans, and Dragon Lee. Toward the end of the show, Seth Rollins was cleared for in-ring action. In a shocking moment, Gunther showed up and applied a Sleeper Hold on The Visionary. As a result, Scrap Iron announced a ‘Mania bout between the two.
