Liv Morgan on her latest shoulder injury
Liv Morgan suffered a shoulder injury on Monday Night RAW in 2025 while sharing the ring with Kairi Sane in a singles match. Morgan opened up about the injury and detailed it while speaking to Cody Rhodes on the What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast.
She returned from her injury at the Survivor Series 2025 Premium Live Event and helped Dominik Mysterio beat John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship. This marked the beginning of Mysterio’s second reign as the Intercontinental Champion.
“I was like on a really upward like trajectory and I had a lot of awesome things going on at work. But even though I had all these awesome things going on, I still like wanted more. The world is not enough. Yeah, I was in the middle of like four different amazing things, but I still was like, I can do more and I want more. And then I got injured and I lost it all. And I wasn’t able to make good on anything that I was involved in. And I remember just feeling like, why the fuck was I still wanting more when I had so much in front of me? Like, why wasn’t I enjoying and being present in what I had versus still seeking more, more, more, more?”
Liv Morgan was in action against Sol Ruca on the RAW after WrestleMania 42.
