F1 fans online have shared their reactions to Lando Norris making an appearance on his friend Max Fewtrell’s Twitch stream on Sunday. The F1 driver was seen alongside his friend while on vacation in the Mediterranean amid the F1 summer break.
While on the summer break, Norris has been spotted vacationing on the Spanish island of Ibiza. The 26-year-old is coming off his first win as a reigning world champion at the Hungarian GP, just before the break started.
On Sunday, the McLaren F1 driver was spotted on his friend and content creator Max Fewtrell’s Twitch stream. The pair were on a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea while on holiday, as the 2026 world champion could be seen shirtless while interacting with the chat.
F1 fans online have shared their reactions to this surprise appearance from Lando Norris on Sunday.

In the final race before the summer break, Lando Norris claimed the race win at the Hungarian Grand Prix, securing his first win of the 2026 F1 season. The Briton now sits fifth in the drivers’ standings, a whopping 91 points behind championship leader Kimi Antonelli after 11 rounds.
McLaren boss shares worry about “harmony” between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri
McLaren F1 team principal Andrea Stella has said that he was originally worried about the harmony between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri following their title battle in 2025. Stella added that the relationship between the two drivers has actually gotten stronger this year.
Speaking about the relationship between the two drivers, Stella said during a Q&A with McLaren:
“Another aspect I’m really enjoying about our drivers is the way they’re working together. It wasn’t a given that, after last year, when they found themselves battling for the world title right up to the final race, the harmony they’d built would remain intact.
“Yet not only has this not changed, but the relationship between them and with the team has actually become even stronger.”
Stella then also added that maintaining a good relationship was inherently easier for Lando Norris as he won the world championship. But the Italian team boss shared praise for Oscar Piastri for his conduct in 2026.
