Major WWE star noticed in a strolling boot following damage

A popular WWE star has been spotted in a walking boot following their injury. The star in question competed in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match last week on WWE SmackDown.

Chelsea Green suffered an ankle injury last week on the blue brand, and PWInsider reported that it was a very bad bruise, but not a broken foot or ankle. She was pulled from an AAA taping, and it led to Ethan Page losing the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships to Mr. Iguana and Lola Vice.

Green took to her Instagram story today to share a new photo, and she can be seen in a walking boot. You can check out her Instagram story in the image below.

The Hot Mess was the inaugural Women’s United States Champion and recently captured the title for a second time. However, she dropped the title to Giulia last month on the blue brand. Tiffany Stratton defeated Chelsea Green and Lash Legend to qualify for the Women’s Elimination Chamber on last week’s SmackDown.

WWE legend claims Chelsea Green is a main eventer

Wrestling icon Rikishi recently claimed that Chelsea Green should be booked as a main eventer by the promotion.

Speaking on his Off The Top podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer claimed that the writing team was not doing enough with Green. He claimed she could be a main event star if the promotion finally decided to give her the opportunity.

“I feel 100% that Chelsea Green is a main eventer. It’s not that Chelsea can’t do the work; it’s not that Chelsea is not a prime talent, but the thing is, it’s how you’re writing stuff for this girl. Give her a fair opportunity. Build Chelsea up as much as you would give Charlotte Flair an opportunity… She can’t get over by herself if she’s having great, great matches and continues to do jobs for whoever,” Fatu said.

It will be interesting to see what the company has planned for the 34-year-old moving forward.
