Jade Cargill has been riding a massive wave of success as the WWE Women’s Champion on Friday Night SmackDown. She captured the title by ending Tiffany Stratton’s reign at Saturday Night’s Main Event in November.

Currently, Big Jade has been doing great work as a heel champion on the blue brand. She is feuding with Michin. She is currently defending her title at the company’s Holiday Live Shows as a workhorse champion.

Recently, Cargill broke the internet with a picture on her official X/Twitter account and wrote a caption for fans complaining about her posting NSFW pics.

“Yall might be right. All I do is take pictures of my fine a**. 💅🏾getting paid for it tooooo 🥰😜 xoxoxo, YOUR much hated Champ 🥰,” she wrote.

Speaking on his podcast, veteran wrestler Konnan shared his take on why Jade shouldn’t be a champion; the veteran acknowledged that Big Jade is indeed popular.

However, the champion should be the one who can carry others, and one should not get the title just because of their popularity.

“She looks like a star but she’s not championship material yet. She needs to be able to lead people… It’s like when Liv Morgan first got the championship, I was burying them, ‘She’s too green, why did they give it to her, she’s not ready,’ then the second time they gave it to her, she was ready. She can lead people in a match, she cuts good promos…You don’t just give it to somebody because they’re over,” he said.

That said, it will be interesting to see how far the former AEW star goes as WWE Women’s Champion on the blue brand.
