NBA fans did not go easy on Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski after a botched pass attempt in Golden State’s loss against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday.
The Dubs picked up their second loss of the season as Milwaukee improved to 4-1, taking down Stephen Curry and Co., 120-110, without Giannis Antetokounmpo.
During the second quarter of the game, with the Bucks leading by four, Podziemski grabbed a rebound on the defensive end and attempted to throw a full-court pass to Jimmy Butler. But it was too strong, resulting in a turnover for the Warriors.

Here are the most noteworthy reactions from X:
“I’m crying he tryna be Reaves so bad,” one fan said.

“Sense of urgency”: Brandin Podziemski on what the Warriors lacked in loss against the Bucks
Speaking to the media after Thursday’s loss, Brandin Podziemski was asked for his thoughts on what the team lacked against Milwaukee. He answered, citing the Warriors’ lack of urgency in Antetokounmpo’s absence from the matchup:
“Probably just a sense of urgency to start the game,” Podziemski said. “We knew Giannis was out, just coming out with the same fire as if he was playing.”
“You just gotta bring it every night regardless of who’s out there.”
Podziemski also gave credit to Ryan Rollins, who was key for the Bucks, recording a game-high 32 points with eight assists, shooting 5-for-7 from 3-point range. It was a team win for Milwaukee with eight players finishing the game in double figures.
After dropping to 4-2, the Warriors will look to get back on track when they face the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday.
