As KRQE reported Thursday, 45-year-old Albuquerque resident Anissa Tinnin was having fun with the night watching the Taylor Swift Eras Tour film together with her 4-year-old granddaughter final month when she got here nose to nose with a profession legal, who was recognized as 32-year-old Joseph Rivera, working away from police.
