Alongside the start of Path of Exile 2’s 0.4 patch, Last of the Druids, we have another Twitch drops campaign with up to four in-game cosmetics to claim for various slots. One of these cosmetics are for the newly wolf-pack summons, but the rest are Vaal-related, as expected from the Fate of the Vaal League.
Here’s a closer look at all of the Twitch drops claimable as part of the PoE2 0.4 Twitch campaign, and the requirements to claim them.
All Path of Exile 2 Twitch drops for the Last of the Druids League (0.4)
Aswith every other League-exclusive Twitch drops campaigns in Path of Exile 2 so far, this will run for two weeks starting from the release date of patch 0.4 (December 12) to December 28. The four rewards available this time are:
- Blood Moon Wolf Pack
- Mask of the Vaal
- Atziri’s Royal Cache
- The Red Queen’s Portal
Blood Moon Wolf Pack effect

The Blood Moon Wolf Pack cosmetic modifies only the wolf companions summoned by the Wolf Pack Spirit Gem (introduced in 0.4), and as far as we can tell, it mainly makes their eyes glow red and add a red trail effect when they move.
To receive the Blood Moon Wolf Pack skill effect, watch any Path of Exile 2 Twitch stream between December 12th 11:00 AM PST and December 20th 01:59 AM PST for 3 hours.
Mask of The Vaal

Mask of The Vaal is a helmet cosmetic, and unlike the one from last League’s Twitch campaign, it doesn’t track any stats. However, it’s a three-in-one helmet, because you can select between three variants at will.
To get the Mask of the Vaal cosmetic, you have to watch any Path of Exile 2 Twitch stream between December 12th 11:00 AM PST and December 20th 01:59 AM PST for 3 hours (both this and the Blood Moon Wolf Pack effect is granted once you hit a cumulative 3-hour watch time).
Atziri’s Royal Cache

Atziri’s Royal Cache is a stash cosmetic, and there’s a variant of it that automatically opens the last visited Stash tab with that you’ve set up with the Unique affinity.
To obtain the Atziri’s Royal Cache cosmetic, watch Path of Exile 2 Twitch stream for 3 hours cumulatively between December 20th 02:00 AM PST and December 28th 01:59 AM PST.
Red Queen’s Portal

Finally, the Red Queen’s Portal is the only not-so-much-free Twitch drop out of this campaign. To claim this portal effect, you have to buy or gift a total of two subs to any stream in the Path of Exile 2 category (it can also be one sub each to two different streamers) while this Twitch cmapaign is on. Note that free subs via Prime Gaming do not countwards this.
Like with any PoE2 Twitch rewards, you must link your Forum account to Twitch to claim the drops.
