After the success of their Creamed Chip Beef alternate identity last year, the team will be playing as the Flapjacks when they throw the first pitch at 11:00am on September 7, 2025.

In the US, the term flapjack is a nickname for the breakfast item more commonly known as pancakes, which are also sometimes called hotcakes or griddlecakes. In the UK and Canada, flapjacks can also refer to a kind of rolled up oat bar, but it’s clear from the anthropomorphic pancake logo that the Fightin Phils unveiled, the team is abiding by the meaning typically ascribed in the States.
