Reading Fightin Phils unveil powder blue Baseballtown Connect uniforms – SportsLogos.Net News

The Double-A Reading Fightin Phils will celebrate 60 years of affiliation with the Philadelphia Phillies and pay tribute to the deep baseball roots of eastern Pennsylvania with new “Baseballtown Connect” uniforms in 2026. The uniform set includes powder blue jerseys emblazoned with “Baseballtown” across the chest, a moniker the team claims because baseball tradition in the region dates back to 1858, with caps that feature a baseball and the script “Town.”

In addition, the team unveiled new R-Train caps featuring their iconic Reading Railroad-inspired logo, which they’ll wear on the road in 2026. Before the Reading Fightin Phils adopted their current ostrich-based primary identity in 2013, the Reading Phillies played 46 seasons with the train-based brand, which they have brought back as throwback on a regular basis in recent years. This year’s powder blue version of the R-Train cap is meant to pair with the new Baseballtown Connect brand.

The Fightins will wear the Baseballtown Connect uniforms on nine Fridays in 2026: April 10 and 24, May 8 and 29, June 12 and 19, July 17 and 31, and August 14.
