Battlefield 6 Season 1 Phase 2 release date
Titled California Resistance, Battlefield 6 Season 1 Phase 2 will be arriving on November 18, 2025. It follows Phase 1 Rogue Ops and will be active for three weeks. Players will receive new game modes and weapons, as well as a brand new California-themed map.

Featuring palm trees along the road and drivable Golf Carts, Eastwood aims to introduce a coastal vibe to counter the chaos that ensues from Battlefield matches.
New limited-time mode: Sabotage
A new game mode will debut with Battlefield 6 Season 1 Phase 2. Titled Sabotage, this limited-time mode (LTM) will feature an 8v8 format where players must plant bombs, defend their objectives, and detonate equipment to win.
New interactive elements: Battle Pickups
New gameplay elements called Battle Pickups are set to arrive with California Resistance. These are essentially high-tech weapons that come with limited ammunition. Players can pick these up to gain a temporary advantage over their opponents at Fort Lyndon.
New weapons and attachments
Battlefield 6 Season 1 Phase 2 California Resistance brings new weapons and attachments to player inventories. DB-12 is a new double-barreled shotgun that players can equip to create chaos in close ranges. M357 is a new sidearm that will be added as the second revolver in Battlefield 6.
Lastly, a Slim Handstop will be added for weapons as an underbarrel attachment. This will improve weapon handling and allow players to experiment with new loadout combinations.
