Light Admiral can be obtained from the Standard Banner and Rate-Up Banner in Re:Rangers X. You can access both gachas by speaking to the Angel NPC inside the Summons area.
The Standard Banner consists of six random units that change every hour. Whenever Light Admiral appears as a featured character, spend 50 Gems to summon a unit. There will be a 5% chance of acquiring the Legendary unit with each pull.
You can also use the Rate-Up Banner to obtain Light Admiral. Select it as the target character and then spend 100 Gems to make a summon. When Light Admiral is selected as the featured unit, it will have a higher drop chance than all the other characters.
It is also possible to acquire Light Admiral without making it a featured unit in the Rate-Up Banner. However, if it isn’t the priority unit, it will have a 5% drop rate.
How to evolve Light Admiral in Re:Rangers X
Light Admiral can be evolved to Light Admiral (Pika), which is a Mythical-rarity unit. You can perform this evolution by making 200 takedowns with Light Admiral and using the Pika Fruit.
Pika Fruit is sold by the Invasion NPC inside the Merchant zone. A single Pika Fruit costs 750 Bounty Hunt Tokens, which is a currency obtainable by completing the maps in the Invasion gamemode.
After gaining the fruit and completing the takedown requirement, interact with the Hollow NPC in the Upgrade zone. Next, select Light Admiral from your inventory and use the Pika Fruit and 5000 Gold Coins to evolve it to Light Admiral (Pika).

Light Admiral (Pika) specifically targets Rusher enemies or foes that have more than 4 Speed in the game. It has a couple of passives, each centering on dealing with Rushers and improving the unit’s damage.
