San Francisco Giants Announce Addition of Airwallex Ad to Jerseys in 2026 – Sports activitiesLogos.Net News

The San Francisco Giants are changing the advertisement on their uniform sleeve for the 2026 season, announcing this morning they’ll now wear the logo for Airwallex as part of a new “multi-year” arrangement.

The patch features the Airwallex logo on a black, rounded rectangle trimmed in white. The logo is the company’s name in a white textface and a red-to-orange gradient stylized “A” symbol to its left. As is the case with nearly all MLB teams, the patch will be positioned on each player’s most prominently camera-facing sleeve (the Blue Jays are the only club to have a consistent sleeve for their jersey ad).

This is the third different company advertisement worn on the jersey sleeve of the San Francisco Giants. They first wore a logo for Cruise during the last two months of the 2023 season before replacing it with a Chevrolet logo throughout 2024 and 2025.

“This partnership evolved in a shared commitment to San Francisco, a passion for innovation, and a vision to connect people on both a local and global scale,” said Larry Baer, President and CEO of the San Francisco Giants, in the press release. “Airwallex’s long-term loyalty to the city makes them a natural jersey patch partner, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the Giants family.”

Airwallex is a financial platform company that was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2015, with its global headquarters based in San Francisco. The company primarily provides tools for businesses to handle cross-border payments and other financial operations. Last month, Australia’s financial crime watchdog organization AUSTRAC announced it would begin an external audit of the company over suspected compliance issues.

“San Francisco is our home in the U.S., and the Giants are one of the city’s most iconic institutions,” said Jack Zhang, Co-Founder and CEO of Airwallex, in the release. “We’ve been building here quietly for years, but this partnership marks our bold commitment to the city’s future. Featuring Airwallex on the Giants’ jersey is a meaningful way to further establish our presence here, connect with the community, and share our story with a wider audience.”

San Francisco joins the White Sox as MLB clubs to announce new jersey ad deals for the 2026 season. The White Sox announced their first-ever jersey ad placement at the end of January. The Tampa Bay Rays are currently the only team in the league to not place an advertisement on their sleeve. You can see all of the ads being worn in the league right here.
