A Belize-flagged, UK-registered and Lebanese-operated ship was attacked within the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
An explosion in shut proximity to the vessel had resulted in harm.
The newest report is the crew has left the ship. The UK Maritime Commerce Operations (UKMTO) company reported crew abandoning a ship off Yemen after an explosion:
