policies to ensure housing delivery.

I haven’t a time or further details on this.

• China’s government is considering buying unsold homes to ease oversupply

This should be a positive for the China trade (property sector is already surging).

And there is other green shoot data from China, for industry if not retail:

• China April March Industrial output +6.7%y/y (expected +5.5%) Retail sales +2.3%(3.8% exp)

And some not so green shoot:

• China April new house prices -0.6% m/m (prior -0.3%)
