US treasury to public sale off $16 billion of 20 12 months bonds at 1 PM ET

The U.S. Treasury will non-compulsory $16 million of 20 12 months bonds at 1 PM ET. The 20-year bond has the next yield than the extra liquid 30-year bond (at the moment at 4.461%) and can also be greater than the 10-year yield at 4.3009%.
