A bench warrant has been issued for Chrisean Rock after the rapper failed to appear in court for a hearing.
According to TMZ, Chrisean Rock is facing a bench warrant after the rapper did not appear at a court hearing scheduled on February 26, 2026. For those unaware, a bench warrant is a legal order issued by a judge to arrest someone for failure to appear on a scheduled court date. It is a specific kind of arrest warrant that has been issued against the rapper.
According to the court documents, the original charges against Chrisean Rock date back to January 2026. Two charges of misdemeanour were issued against the rapper for driving with a suspended driver’s license in Hermosa Beach, California, in December 2025. Los Angeles prosecutors issued these charges against Rock.
In relation to the traffic case, Rock was asked to appear in court in February but failed to do so, resulting in an arrest warrant. However, the warrant remains in place as it came last month, with no further updates. This is not the first time Chrisean Rock has found herself in alleged legal trouble, as she has faced multiple charges in the past.

In 2024, Chrisean Rock faced a bench warrant for failing to satisfy her four-year probation sentence. The rapper was handed probation over charges of alleged assault on media personalities Whoa Vicky and James Wright. Both of them pressed charges against Rock in 2023.
Vicky’s charges came after he was involved in a feud with Rock on the seats of Baddies East, and the former pressed charges of second-degree assault. Wright’s charges against Rock claimed that she exhibited violent behavior against him in backstage during the 2023 Tamar Braxton concert. Wright claimed he broke two of his teeth as the rapper hit him with rings and brass knuckles in her fingers.
Further, Chrisean Rock was also charged with not completing 120 hours of mandatory community service for the Oklahoma drug charges case. She was also labelled a fugitive, and she failed to report to her probation officer. It all began when she was pulled over on an Oklahoma highway by patrol officers, who found a pound of marijuana in her car. The rapper faced two felony charges, including possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with intent to distribute and failure to get a tax stamp.
Further, Chrisean Rock’s former hairstylist, Irby Lashala, also pressed charges against the rapper regarding an incident at the Baddies West premiere in 2023. The stylist claimed that she approached Rock to greet her, but the rapper attacked her towards the end of the event.
She accused Rock of assault, battery, and deliberate infliction of emotional distress, claiming the incident left severe psychological trauma and physical damage on her. Further, Lashala demanded $1 million in damages from the rapper.
Meanwhile, Rock also share an allegedly difficult relationship with the father of her only child, Blueface. The latter’s mother has also previously fired shots at Rock while claiming her child is disabled. However, Rock has denied these claims.
As of this writing, Rock has not commented on the latest legal charges against her name.
