Medjedovic started his campaign in Napoli by cruising past Stefanos Sakellaridis and Alexandre Muller in the initial few rounds. He then brushed aside Vitaliy Sachko in the semifinal, 7-5, 6-1. The 22-year-old hasn’t dropped a set in the previous two rounds.
