One of the many case file collecting missions in Destiny 2 takes place on the moon. Appropriately enough, this is the Luna case file collecter mission. Also, in order to find these collectibles, the area must be distorted. This is indicated by a red glow surrounding the area. However, you should be able to get all of the files in a single sitting since these distortion are active for an hour at a time.
So in this guide, we will be going over the locations you need to travel to in the Luna case file collecter mission.
Destiny 2: Where are the Luna case files?
1) A tunnel in the Anchor of Light
Starting from the Sanctuary fast travel point on the moon, head to the Anchor of Light. From your spawn point, go right until you see a flight of stairs with a tunnel on the right. Head inside to collect the first case file.

2) A communications tower in the Anchor of Light
After collecting the first one, hop on your Sparrow and go around the rocky formations. When you see a communications tower on your left, climb up to the top. You will be able to collect the second set of pages.
3) On the back of a crashed vehicle in Archer’s Line
This one’s fairly straightforward as from Archer’s Line you have to follow a fairly linear path. Occasionally veer to the left when the path opens up in that direction and you will find this case file on top of a pile of space junk in the back of a crashed vehicle.
4) Inside a building on Archer’s Line
After collecting the last one, get on your Sparrow and head in the opposite direction where you will see a giant building. Travel inside the building and keep going until you find these pages in a small room inside.
5) In a small room in Hellmouth
For this case file, you will have to fast travel to Hellmouth. Go straight along the indicated path and then veer right off a small cliff. You will see a small room, where this Luna case file will be on the right side.
6) Inside a crashed spaceship in Hellmouth
Exit the room and head right on your Sparrow. Pass through the passage between the two rocky formations, and then go left under the rock bridge. Ignore the red glow on the rocks around you and keep going until you see the wreckage of a spaceship. Enter it through the hole in its side and head right. You will find the final case file somewhere on your left.
